RAY CARGILL
Managing Director
Qualified Accountant with many years experience of working as a Finance Director in a number of diverse international companies before buying and running his own printing company. After selling that company, started Bromham Growers with his brother in 1996 and has taken on the role of Managing Director ever since.
ROSS PAGET
Marketing Director
Started his working career as a management trainee with Geest, before joining the family market gardening firm, where he honed his marketing skills, as well as gaining an in depth knowledge of the growing side of the business. Left to join his brother in 1996, taking on the role of Marketing Director in the newly formed Bromham Growers.
TOM PAGET
Packhouse Manager
Brought up on his parents' farm in Bromham, Tom worked alongside his parents and brothers on the farm from an early age. On leaving school, Tom joined the family firm full time and worked predominantly on the market gardening side. In 1997 he joined Bromham Growers as Packhouse Manager and has since become an integral part of the management team.
Packhouse and Prepping Assistants
GRZEGORZ GRONKOWSKI
Joining the company in 2007, Grzegorz has become a valuable member of the team, able to turn his hand to most things in the packhouse and prepping area.
LUKASZ SMIGIELSKI
Joined the company in 2008 and has quickly fitted in to become a really useful member of the team.
ANDRZEJ RESZCZYNSKI
Like Grzegorz, joined in 2007 and has become well versed in all aspects of packhouse routine, as well as helping out in the prepping area.
KAROLINA JAKOBICKA
Joined in 2007 and has done well in what can be a physically demanding role in the packhouse. Karolina has been earmarked for future training and development on the quality control side of the business.
FREDDIE PAGET
The youngest member of the team, having joined from school in 2008. Freddie has quickly developed into a reliable member of staff dividing his time between working in the packhouse, helping Tom Paget put together pallets of produce for distribution and making deliveries to customers in the Company's vans.
